Processing is 2-4 weeks ( before shipping)
Shipping is 1-5 days.
It’s USPS’s/ UPS job to deliver your package.
the customer is responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. If your package was delivered somewhere in your town other than your residence, please contact USPS
If your package is marked delivered and it’s not in your mailbox, please contact Your local post office - they will get in contact with your mail person to see where they left the package.
If your address doesn’t contain a house number, correct city, town, or zip code. you will be contacted via email or text message to get the correct address. If there is no answer, you will be refunded in 24 hours.
If your order gets shipped back to me due to an insufficient address you will have to pay a fee of $10 for it to reship.
